Manufacturing process
Each piece of wood is selected from sawmills in my region.
This local selection allows me to find woods with unique acoustic qualities and to guarantee a responsible source.
Each instrument thus begins with wood chosen carefully for its beauty, resonance and character.

Turning and assembly of tubes C and D

Turning and assembly of tubes A and B

Preparation of the two halves L and R of the bell elbow

Sanding the inside of the roof elbows

Adjusting the parts to be glued

Bonding the pavilion elbows

Turning the pavilions for a final thickness of 5 to 6mm

Milling the half-timbered shoulders before gluing

Assembly, tuning completed

Varnish and finish completed
