Legend of the Cedalphorn

In the heart of the hills of Bourbach-le-Haut, a magnificent village in Alsace, nestled not far from the Swiss and German borders, lies a sacred place: the Rock of the Raven. This monolith of ancient green porphyry, imbued with an ancient and profound energy, has watched over the mountains for thousands of years.
One summer's day, under a blue sky, Cedro, a farmer and innkeeper, dreamer and jazz enthusiast, blew his old alphorn on this rock steeped in mystery. His secret wish was to make his instrument vibrate to the rhythm of jazz.
Suddenly, lightning struck, hitting the instrument with the power of a storm from the heavens.
But the wood, imbued with the essence of the rock, did not break. It vibrated, transformed, taking the form of a saxophone, blending the beauty of mountain wood with the elegance of urban jazz.
Thus, the Rock of the Raven granted Cedro's wish and gave birth to the Cedalphorn, a unique instrument, carrying the natural harmonics of the alphorn, a bridge between tradition and modernity.
